Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. Report any transit damage within 24 hours.
6. Warranty

New Equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Refurbished Equipment may include a limited warranty (typically 1–30 days), if specifically mentioned at time of purchase.

Warranty covers functional issues only and does not include physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns are only accepted in cases of defect, wrong delivery, or transit damage and must be reported within 48 hours.

All returns require original packaging, accessories, and a valid invoice.
