2. Product Descriptions

  • Refurbished items may have minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, marks) but are tested for full functionality.

  • Specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to confirmation, product availability, and full or partial payment before dispatch.

  • Aizfi Medical Equipment reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

  • Upon order confirmation, you will receive an invoice with complete pricing and shipping details.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are in INR (₹) and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any approved method as mentioned in the invoice.

  • Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship equipment using reliable courier or logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. Report any transit damage within 24 hours.

6. Warranty

  • New Equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Refurbished Equipment may include a limited warranty (typically 1–30 days), if specifically mentioned at time of purchase.

  • Warranty covers functional issues only and does not include physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of defect, wrong delivery, or transit damage and must be reported within 48 hours.

  • All returns require original packaging, accessories, and a valid invoice.

  • Aizfi reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving returns, replacements, or refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Aizfi Medical Equipment is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use, misuse, or inability to use the equipment.

  • We are not responsible for any clinical outcomes, diagnosis errors, or patient-related consequences resulting from the use of our products.

9. Usage Disclaimer

  • All medical equipment sold by Aizfi is intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals or institutions.

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper training, installation, and compliance with local medical regulations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

11. Modifications to Terms

Aizfi Medical Equipment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
