Product Return Policy

At Aizfi Medical Equipments, we take pride in supplying both new and refurbished medical devices that meet industry standards for performance, safety, and quality. Our return policy ensures customer satisfaction while protecting the integrity of medical-grade equipment.

Eligible Return Conditions (New & Refurbished Equipment)

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Defective on Arrival (DOA):
    The product is non-functional or not powering on when received.

  2. Incorrect Item Delivered:
    The delivered equipment does not match the confirmed order in terms of model, brand, or specifications.

  3. Shipping/Transit Damage:
    The product is visibly damaged due to shipping. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photo/video evidence.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • An invoice, serial number label, and a complete unboxing video are required.

  • Our team will inspect and verify the issue before approving any return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with after delivery.

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Cosmetic imperfections on refurbished units (e.g., minor scratches, signs of prior use) that do not affect performance.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or custom orders.

  • Opened consumables, accessories, or sterile packaging.

  • Issues due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Repair or Replacement Policy
  • If the issue is validated, we will offer either a replacement unit or repair service.

  • In case neither is feasible, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Aizfi Medical Equipments.

  • For refurbished items, replacements may be of the same model or equivalent tested model.

  2. Provide your Order ID, product details, and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Attach photos/videos of the defect or damage, including unboxing video.

  4. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Note on Refurbished Equipment

All refurbished products are thoroughly tested, cleaned, and certified before dispatch. While minor cosmetic signs of use may be present, these do not impact device functionality.
