Description

The Hamilton G5 is a critical care ventilation system. The Hamilton G5 Plus system offers a wide variety of settings and features that can be tailored to your needs. The Ventilator works for patients ranging from neonates to adults. The Hamilton offers everything from high-flow oxygen therapy, invasive ventilation options, and Adaptive Support Ventilation. The ventilation system is a touchscreen display that can show real-time data on the patient’s tidal volume, compliance, resistance, SpO2, and pulse rate.

The HAMILTON G5 Ventilator is a high-end mechanical ventilator designed for the most complex, critically ill patients in all ICU settings where lung protection is of paramount importance. It includes a comprehensive monitoring package and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools for lung assessment, which support clinical decision-making. The ventilator supports a wide range of additional options and features, such as Heliox, allowing it to be tailored to fit the requirements of different ICU settings and meet the needs of individual patients.

The HAMILTON G5 offers an optional integrated cuff pressure controller, IntelliCuff, which continuously monitors and automatically adjusts cuffed tracheal and tracheostomy tubes, providing real-time optimization of cuff pressure. It also includes the Protective Ventilation (P/V) Tool, which provides a repeatable method to assess recruitability and find the best PEEP based on respiratory mechanics.

The ventilator supports transpulmonary pressure measurement and features Adaptive Support Ventilation (ASV), a closed-loop ventilation mode that automatically applies lung-protective strategies, reducing the risk of operator error and promoting early weaning.
